... so good to have a good ironing system

Finally we gave up on the cleaning ladies and their poor ironing and decided to bite the bullet and get the LauraStar ironing system. I have been using it for the last couple of days and I must say the results are much better than using a regular steam iron. So like Kenneth said - I will be playing with my new 'toy' for a little while. 

Hoping to reduce the cleaning lady to just 1 session of cleaning per week to recoup the cost of the system! 

PS: Connie actually liked the idea that it can be used to sanitize the mattresses and pillows!

... so good to catch up with old friends

We (Chan and Maos) gathered together Zee's family to celebrate Zee's birthday at Tabuah Mas. The food was great but the company better.

The tahur goreng is great and beef rendang yummy!

It was good for Ken to refresh his friendship/mentorship with Zee. Some training sessions planned. As Ken said, after training with Zee his love for squash has been rekindled.

... so good to have Ken back for winter break

Kenneth came back on 19th Dec and we trekked to the airport at 2.30am to pick him up. He brought back many purchases including UnderArmour gear for Zee (lots of T shirts, shorts and underwear) and 2 sets of Oakley sunglasses to Teelia.

Shi Hui came back later that day with my ClicGear Golf cart! The Christmas present to myself.

With this, I am going to try and walk Keppel a couple of morning each week for exercise. So the resolution for 2013 is to get fitter and healthier through exercise (forget dieting - not for me).

Anyway, it is good for everyone to be together again though it cost a bomb to fly him back.
